7. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, a full refund will be issued.

8. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify or end promotional offers at any time.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Meloyra does not store full payment card details.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated processing times are 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery taking approximately 5–11 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

11. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@meloyra.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

12. International Orders and Import Fees

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility as indicated during checkout or required by law.

13. Fulfillment Network

Orders are dispatched through our logistics network to ensure efficient delivery. Our registered business address is an administrative office and does not accept customer returns.

14. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible purchases made on our official website are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The 90-day period begins on the confirmed delivery date. To initiate a return, contact support@meloyra.com for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

15. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Qualifying Meloyra products carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing and functional defects starting from the delivery date.

  • Covered: Electrical, charging, or operational failures caused by internal manufacturing defects.

  • Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, drops, physical abuse, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow usage instructions.

To submit a warranty claim, contact support@meloyra.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the fault.

17. Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking indicates a package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check safe spots around your address, with family, or with neighbors before contacting support@meloyra.com for assistance.

18. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@meloyra.com with photos/videos so we can provide a replacement or resolution.

19. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time for funds to post to your account.

20. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to completed orders unless explicitly stated.

21. User Reviews and Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant Meloyra a royalty-free license to use your content for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or fraudulent content.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meloyra and L.C.M. E-commerce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or misuse. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any purchases made through Meloyra shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
